Procedures of Vietnam Visa Online

Vietnam visa is now easier and more convenient to obtain if you apply through such authorized and prestigious organization as http://evisatovietnam.com. Following is the detailed guidance on steps to apply for Vietnam Visa OnlineSTEP 1: Fill in your online application form with the exact information as follows:

  • Full name (as shown in your passport)
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Passport No. (Valid at least six months)
  • Date of arrival
  • Length of stay: 1 month (stay up to 30 days) or 3 months (stay up to 90 days).
  • Number of entries: single (exit and enter one time) or multiple (exit and enter Vietnam more than one) (during the mentioned period of time)
  • Type of visa: visa on arrival (pick up visa at Vietnam airports); visa code (pick up at Vietnam embassies/consulates)
  • Rush service: Urgent (1 working day) or Normal (2 working days)
  • Port of arrival: Noi Bai (Hanoi city), Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City) or Danang (Danang city)

STEP 2: Confirm and pay

  • Right after your completion of your visa application online, our system will dispatch an email to confirm your order ID information and guidance on how you can update your submitted information. In addition, we will advise the further steps.
  • On checking your submitted information and make sure they are all correct; you should do the next step of processing your payment for the Visa order ID. Our system currently offers 3 Payment methods  that can be used worldwide and conveniently for everyone.
  • After we have received your confirmation of your payment, your visa request will be sent to Vietnam Immigration Department (Right the time of processing your Vietnam visa officially calculated: 1 working day (urgent request) and 2 working days (normal request). At the same time, an email from our system will be dispatch to you confirming time and date of receiving your visa approval letter/code

STEP 3: Get your Vietnam Visa approval letter or approval code

Normally, your approval letter will be sent to you within 1 working day (urgent request) or 2 working days (normal request) via email after we have received your approval letter/code from Vietnam Immigration Department. Simultaneously, your information is stored at the Immigration’s database. What you need to do is to print the approval letter/code out and then bring it along with to stamp your visa at Vietnam Airports (visa on arrival) or Vietnam Embassy/Consulate (Vietnam visa code).

Notice: The visa type (visa code or visa on arrival) is up to your choice when applying Vietnam visa online, it will not be changed when your visa processing status is changed into “processing”.

STEP 4: Get your Vietnam visa stamped

  • In order to get your visa on arrival (visa to be picked up at Vietnam airports, what you should do is as follows:

ü  To prepare in advance your passport, 2 passport-sized photos (2*2 inch), approval letter granted by Vietnam Immigration Department, the application for entry and exit Vietnam, some cashes in VND or dollars for stamping fee (USD 25 for single entry and USD 50 for multiple entry)

ü  To submit these things to Immigration Officers at the Visa on arrival Counter/Desk

ü  To wait for a couple of minutes for stamping your visa and then receive it. Once your Vietnam Visa has been stamped, get your luggage back.

·         In order to get your visa at Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate, what you should do is as follows:

ü  Get the visa code printed

ü  Prepare 02 photos of passport-regulated size

ü  Bring the Visa Code + 02 passport photos + your original passport to the registered Vietnam Embassy to get your visa stamped

ü  Prepare some US dollars in cash (from US$50 upward) (the amount differs between countries) for visa stamping fee (paid by yourself at the Embassy)

ü  Check your passport again to make sure all the information in the visa code is correct

ü  Please be reminded that you’d better wait 1 or 2 days after receiving this code to bring it to the Embassy (as they need time to check with the Immigration and fax the visa approval code)
