Vietnam visa on arrival for Brazil is only supported at one of three international airports in Vietnam: Noi Bai international airport in Ha Noi, Tan Son Nhat international airport in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang international airport in Da Nang.

Vietnam visa on arrival has the following validity: one month (single/ multiple) or three months (single/ multiple) depending on the applicants’ request. For having the longer stay, the travelers can apply for a visa extension when they come to Vietnam.

When applying visa on arrival, Brazilian citizens can choose between tourist, business visa or transit visa depending on the purposes of the travel.

The required documents to pick up visa at the airports:

– A passport has at least 6 months expiry date from the arrival date in Vietnam.

– 2 photos 4 x 6cm available (less than 3months)

– Some money for stamping fee.

– A Vietnam visa approval letter

Four steps of applying visa on arrival

– After accessing the site, fill the passport details in the online “secure form” and pay some money to apply visa approval letter (service fee).

– Get the approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department in 24 hours via email or fax.

– Print this letter and form of entry and exit out (download). Prepare two photos 4×6 cm, some cash (25USD /person for Vietnam single entry visa, and 50 USD / person for Vietnam multiple entries visa).

– When arriving at the airport, show all the prepared documents together with passport for Immigration staff at the “landing visa” counter which is on the left sign at the check in point inside airports. And they will stamp the visa to Vietnam on the passport.
